Hello everyone, I’m so happy you’re here allow me to introduce myself!

My name is Cassidy, and I’ve been living in NEPA—specifically Pike County—for almost two years now. In March 2023, my husband and I bought our home, and just three months later, we welcomed our perfect baby boy. It’s hard to believe that tiny newborn is now a lively 1.5-year-old!

My husband and I both grew up in Northern New Jersey, about an hour from our current home in Milford. We started dating when I was a freshman in high school and just celebrated our 10-year anniversary this past October! We’ve always been drawn to the outdoors, and NEPA felt like the perfect place to put down roots. Plus, my husband has family who have lived in this area for over 30 years, which made Milford feel even more like home.

I’m a part-time hairstylist in New Jersey, so I’m constantly traveling back and forth between NJ and PA. As a mom of a young child, I know firsthand how overwhelming and even isolating it can feel to move to a new area—especially with little ones. It’s easy to feel stuck, but once you start exploring the amazing resources and activities available, you’ll find a wonderful community of like-minded mamas.

That’s exactly why I started this blog! I want to share all things life, parenting, and fun things to do with kids in the NNJ/NEPA area—plus whatever else comes to mind. My hope is that this space helps even just one struggling mama feel more connected, supported, and excited about life in NEPA.

So, whether you’re new to the area or just looking for fresh ideas and mom-to-mom support, I’m so glad you’re here! Let’s navigate this journey together.
